A Bowling Green man received a nine-year sentence in Simpson Circuit Court.
A guilty plea was entered by William C. Eicher, 30, to a charge of tampering with physical evidence. The sentence was enhanced by a charge of second-degree persistent felony offender.
Three-years conditional discharge was approved in the case of Cleo F. Bobbitt, 62, of Franklin. Bobbitt pleaded guilty to convicted felon in possession of a firearm and was ordered to pay $200 in court costs.
Five-years probation was approved in the case of Christopher Paul Ficklin, 45, of Franklin. He pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment and was ordered to pay court costs of $200.
Five-years probation was approved in the case of Whitney B. Slack, 20, of Franklin. She pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle and wanton endangerment and was ordered to pay a $500 fine.
And, five-years pretrial diversion was approved in the case of a Bowling Green man. A guilty plea was entered by Todd Gregory Claypool, 29, to a charge of flagrant non support.
Judge Janet J. Crocker presided in Simpson Circuit Court on Monday, Nov. 10.
