Patti Lou Crowder, age 66, of Scottsville, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Crafton Funeral Home where services will be held Thursday, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. with burial to follow in Martin’s Chapel Cemetery.

A native of Simpson County, she was the daughter of the late Bill Ditmore and Virginia Dillard Deaton Hyde.

She was the supply manager at Franklin-Simpson Hospital (Medical Center of Franklin) for 42 years. Patti was a member of Martin’s Chapel Church.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Ditmore and David Deaton; and a sister, Sue Carol Vaughn.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Crowder of Scottsville; one brother, Charles Deaton of Nashville; two nieces, Amy Biggs Ellis and Beth Biggs Durham; four nephews, Jason Deaton, Shannon Deaton, Tyler Deaton and Parker Deaton.

Visitation resumes after 6 a.m. Thursday at Crafton Funeral Home.

The family has requested that masks be worn at all times.
