A former Franklin resident, Jean P. Wilhite, age 91, of Bowling Green, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at 5:36 a.m. at Hospice House in Bowling Green.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at (St. Mary's Catholic Church at) 1 p.m. Thursday, October 31 with burial to follow in the catholic section (of) Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.

Jean was born September 2, 1928 in Princeton, Indiana to the late Verner Partenheimer and the late Pansy Montgomery Partenheimer. She was the wife of the late Carl Wilhite (Jr.,) who passed September 4, 1995 and William "Bill" Davis who passed January 15, 2017.

She is survived (by) a son, Gerald Wilhite (wife Ane) of Bowling Green; a daughter, Melissa Parsons of Scottsdale, Arizona; a stepson, Max Wilhite (wife Allison) of Franklin, (their 2 children, and three grandchildren); brother, Verner Partenheimer, II (wife Susan Partenheimer) of Princeton, Indiana.

Jean was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Franklin.

Jean was a paralegal that worked for Martin and McCracken attorneys at law and also the state of KY while Mr. McCracken was county attorney. She retired in January 1986.

Visitation will be from 6 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Thursday, October 31 at Gilbert Funeral Home.
