Franklin Police arrested a Franklin teenager on charges of wanton endangerment and second-degree burglary.

Chaze Vinci, 19, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 28 at a residence in the 400 block of West Cedar Street.

The arrest citation said police were called to the residence on a report of an alleged breaking and entering and lighter fluid allegedly being poured on someone.

The citation said when police arrived Vinci was walking from the scene and was detained.

The arrest citation said the alleged victim told police when he walked out of his kitchen and into the family room Vinci was inside the house and allegedly poured lighter fluid on the victim and made a verbal threat.

Officer Robert Matthews made the arrest at approximately 8:10 a.m.
