Simpson County Circuit Court Clerk will be open Monday, June 1 to issue driver’s license, according to Circuit Court Clerk Beth Fiss.

Individuals with a driver’s license, permit or ID card that expired or was lost between March 1-June 30, 2020, who wish to obtain a renewal or reissuance MUST apply through a remote application process.

Individuals with a driver’s license, permit or ID card that expired or was lost before March 1, 2020, must obtain new credentials, which will be issued through an in-person visit to the Circuit Court Clerk.

  • Every person entering the Simpson County Justice Center will be required to wear a mask.
  • Driver’s License will be issued Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. then 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. to allow for lunch and end of
  • day tasks.
  • First come, first serve. Come prepared to wait in line — 6 feet apart.
  • KSP written tests will be in a regional office in Warren County. You must register first at the Clerk’s office.

Please be patient as our office is still required to work with 50/50 staffing until further notice.
